Happy New Year!!!

I see it has been awhile since I last updated this. Well, I have been very busy. I am trying to get all the rental agreements updated as some of our residents are on old agreements. We are also lowering the rents due to the economy. I still have two apartments available. As for Kyle well he received a Sony playstation for Christmas. I cannot get him off it. LOL . This is his last week at home. He goes back to school next week. I have also bought more stock hopeful I will not loose my money.. Crossing Fingers!! I am also getting ready to manage another ten apartments that will make thirty apartments for me. I broke down and bought a cell phone. I don't want to be at the other building alone with nothing in case of emergency. Whelp I best be going. I hope everyone has a great New Year!
